We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Printed apparel (DTF printed t-shirts)
- DTF transfer sheets

All DTF transfer sheets are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their custom and sensitive nature. Please ensure that you review your design, size, and order details carefully before purchasing.

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
